Good to know

The large comfortable living room has a sofa, dining table and kitchen with a large flat screen TV. All bed linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots and pans are provided. Just bring yourselves! Bedroom 1 sleeps 6 - One double and two bunk beds with a full shower room and loo. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 - One double and one bunk with a full ensuite shower room with loo. Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 - Two bunk beds with a full ensuite shower room with loo.

House rules Please note, to confirm your booking you will need to complete our check in process through our trusted partner, ChargeAutomation. A fully refundable security deposit of £500.00 will be held on your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This will be released 3 days after check out subject to our terms and conditions below. This will verify your identify Noise in the communal areas WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We have neighbours and kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum particularly whilst entering and exiting the property. If we have repeated reports of noise you will be asked to leave the flat and no refund will be given. Noise in the flat must be kept to an acceptable level. We ask that guests only use the property for sleeping between the hours of 23.00- 08:00. This is for the peace and security of our neighbours. There are hundreds of excellent clubs, bars and restaurants we encourage you to explore through the night rather than party in the flat which we do not allow. Noise is monitored automatically by a noise monitoring system linked to a local security company. If the noise level is unacceptable you will receive an automated text message asking you to keep the noise levels down. If the noise continues a security guard will attend the property. This incurs an £150 charge which will be taken from your security deposit. This rarely happens and the system is to prevent large parties, not to prevent you having a laugh with your friends. This is simply so that our residential neighbours are not disturbed. We only ask that you are reasonable. Any damage to the property or contents must be paid for and will be charged to your booking. Please be reasonable and let us know if anything is accidentally damaged or broken. We will photograph and report any damage or breakages we find before the next check in and you will be charged. Should you find any damage that we missed this MUST be photographed and reported within the first five minutes of arrival. Please take a moment to have a look around when you first arrive. Any damage reported / found later will be charged to your booking. Late check out has an impact on our cleaning team so a charge of £50 will be made if the property is not vacant by your check out time. Please make your whole party aware of this. You must not drop litter in the communal hallways. A fine of £100 will be imposed if we have to clean up litter in the hallways. CCTV cameras monitor the communal hallways. There is a fee of £25 per pet per stay. This is for additional cleaning. Please replace them in the outside key box on departure. Damaged or missing linen or towels with be charged at £25 per missing or damaged item. Please do not use towels for the beach as this damages them and will result in a charge. We ask that you kindly fill and run the dishwasher with before you leave. Dishwasher tablets are provided. If our cleaning team have to clear up cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots and pans a charge of £25 will be made. No candles please. No glitter makeup. It’s impossible to clean it up. An additional £50 cleaning fee will be charged if glitter make up is found. Any items left behind will be returned by post at your request. The charge will be £30 to cover time and postage so please check carefully before you check out. Items will be posted upon receipt of payment. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Fantastic location! The apartment was very easy to find and get into. All you need for a big group. Cleaning fee a bit high but the price for the night very reasonable so it balances. Thank you!

Find us

We strongly recommend coming by train or bus, Brighton is not the most car friendly place! If you’re coming via train, Brighton train station a 5 minute taxi ride, or a 20 minute walk. The Victoria Central Coach Station is 200m from Pierview Pad, a 5 minute walk. There are regular coaches to and from London and many other destinations. If you want to get round the city, the buses are great. Download the Brighton & Hove bus application and get almost anywhere in the city. Uber is also available. Free Now is another taxi app local to the city and proves very useful when there aren’t any Ubers. They operate via local taxis and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. If you’re driving, there is paid on street parking in the area, you're best to park on Marine Drive. Alternatively, car parks within walking distance: - Chapel Street Car Park - The Laines Car Park If you have an electric car, the closest trickle charger is a lamp post charger on Broad Street, 100m. The nearest fast chargers are on Aston Rise, 200m away. There is a fast charging available at Trafalgar St Car Park (within walking distance) If you are willing to walk a bit of a way there is a great website that lets you know about free parking in Brighton - beware none of it is very close to the city centre.
