Cosy little studio flat situated metres (3 min walk) from Brighton railway station, convenient to be in city centre and walkable. As a solo traveller who only needed somewhere to sleep/shower as I ate out everywhere, the flat was just right for my needs. There are x3 pubs a stones throw from the flat, so no shortage of places to drink and eat. Highly recommended.

This little flat is perfect for a shirt stay in Brighton. Perfectly located for the station and bars & restaurants. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay and so bright, modern and clean. I travelled solo and felt very safe in the flat and surrounding area and got everywhere I needed to go on foot. Would highly recommend and have rebooked for March.

2nd time being there and loved it so much ❤️ definitely will be back when we are back in Brighton - the location is great 5 minutes from train and bus station!!!

The host was easy to contact and sent lovely reminders and checked everything was ok, the apartment location was perfect! Initial concerns upon arrival to the building were soon settled when you entered the apartment itself which is well looked after and well designed for a group of people. Happily stay again!

I stayed for four nights as a solo occupant who was working in the area. The flats were conveniently located near the train station and near my work offices but also well within walking distance of many lovely cafe's, shops and the town itself. Penny was very responsive when I needed to extend my stay last minute and helped sort everything out. The flat itself was cosy and well equipped. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The flat was incredibly cozy, clean, and spacious. There’s no need to bring anything since it has just about everything you might need. The host was exceptionally nice, responsive, and helpful, always quick to reply. We would definitely love to book here again on our next visit to Brighton!

L’emplacement, la propreté, la déco, l’équipement (il y avait largement assez de vaisselle pour tout le monde (pour une fois !)) Il n’y a de rangement dans les chambres mais pour un court séjour ce n’est pas gênant
